Hello Everyone Sourabh Karanjikar here,I am Here Again to update the second assignment
of our 2nd Class of Batch2 (internship programme) by Deepak Kanakaraju Sir.
Here I am trying to explain what i learned & understood in class 2.
- What is User Persona/Ideal
Customer Avatar??
User
personas are fictional, generalized representations of your ideal customers.Actually, they help
you to understand your customers,(and prospective
customers) better,and make it easier for you to
tailor content to the specific
needs, behaviors, and concerns of different groups.
The
strongest user personas are based on market research as well as on insights
you gather from your actual customer base (through surveys, interviews, etc.). It’s
depending on your business; you could have as few as one or two personas, or as
many as 10 or 20.
(Ps:- If
you’re new to personas, start small, You can always develop more personas later
if needed.)
- How Can
You Use Personas?
You Can use it for selecting your niche according to the survey you have created. and by choosing your ideal customer avatar.
At the
most basic level, personas allow you to personalize or target your marketing
for different segments of your audience. For example, instead of sending the
same lead nurturing emails to everyone in your database, you can segment by user persona and tailor your messaging according to what you know about those
different personas.
And I included these points to capture some information of
a user and to create my survey form, here are key points I mentioned in google
forms.

How Do You Create User Personas?
User personas are created through research, surveys, of your target audience. That includes a mix of customers, prospects, and those outside of your contact database who might align with your target audience.
When creating survey/forms to use on your website, use form fields that capture important persona information.
• Ex. :- here I created a user persona
by using Google forms

And I included these points to capture some information of
a user and to create my survey form, here are key points I mentioned in google
forms.
• Email
• Age
• Gender
• City
• Marital status
• Working or not
• Annual Income
• Do you love to travel?
• Favorite Movie?
• Favorite Dish?
• Favorite song?
• Your Hobby?
So after getting
some few entries in to my survey form finally I looked for average person and here
I
got my Ideal Customer Avatar.
- So
Big Shout Out to Mr Akshay Tokhare.
- His age is around between 18 to 25.
- Lives in Burhanpur (MP).
- He is not married yet.
- Currently he is working in to HDB finance.
- His annual income is between 1-3lacs.
- He loves to travel to many places.
- He loves to watch movies, his favorite
movie is KGF.
- And His Hobby is to play cricket.
