Hello Everyone Sourabh Karanjikar here, I am Here Again to update the second assignment of our 2 nd Class of Batch2 (internship programme) by Deepak Kanakaraju Sir. Here I am trying to explain what i learned & understood in class 2. What is User Persona /Ideal Customer Avatar?? User personas are fictional, generalized representations of your ideal customers. Actually, they help you to understand your customers, (and prospective customers) better, and make it easier for you to tailor content to the specific needs, behaviors, and concerns of different groups. The strongest user personas are based on market research as well as on insights you gather from your actual customer base (through surveys, interviews, etc.). It’s depending on your business; you could have as few as one or two personas, or as many as 10 or 20.
